Comment The enzyme from Rhodococcus sp. strain IGTS8 is encoded by the
plasmid-encoded dibenzothiophene-desulfurization (dsz) operon. The
enzyme has a narrow substrate specificity with biphenyl-2-sulfinate
being the only other substrate known to date [2].
