Comment
A carboxypeptidase with optimum pH 4.5-6.0, inhibited by diisopropyl fluorophosphate, and sensitive to thiol-blocking reagents (reviewed in [1]). Widely distributed in eukaryotes. Type example of peptidase family S10.
