README for the "module" subdirectory

KEGG MODULE is a new collection of functional units categorized into
four types: pathway module, structural complex, functional set, and
signature module. Each module is identified by the M number identifier,
defined as a set of KEGG Orthology (KO) entries, and associated with
an automatically generated module map.

This directory contains:
  
    module.gz - DBGET file for all MODULE entries
and
    ko.tar.gz - Reference module image files
consisting of:
    [M number].png   - module image file
    [M number].conf  - corresponding image map coordinates file
    [M number]_reaction.png  - reaction module image file
    [M number]_reaction.conf - corresponding image map coordinates file
