CC       mTORC1 is inactivated to restrain cell growth and protein translation,
CC       while mTORC2 is the activated due to the relief of feedback inhibition
CC       by mTORC1. Plays a role in maintaining epithelial cell survival by
CC       regulating the turn-over of chromatin modulator PRMT4 through
CC       ubiquitination and degradation by the proteasomal pathway. Regulates
CC       also PPARgamma stability by facilitating PPARgamma/PPARG ubiquitination
CC       and thereby plays a role in adipocyte differentiation.
