#=GF CC   indirect flight muscles. The fly ewg gene encodes a novel
#=GF CC   DNA-binding domain that is also found in four genes previously

#=GF CC   has been implicated in the nuclear control of respiratory chain
#=GF CC   expression in vertebrates. The first 26 amino acids of nuclear

#=GF CC   446-469.  Ewg is a site-specific transcriptional activator, and
#=GF CC   evolutionarily conserved regions of ewg contribute both
#=GF CC   positively and negatively to transcriptional activity [3]. The
#=GF CC   family Nrf1_DNA-bind is associated with this domain towards the
#=GF CC   N-terminal, as is the N terminal of the activation domain.
