This directory contains supplementary files for the following paper:

Each directory contains the following items:
1. CLEAN_READS: Merged reads with primers and low quality region trimmed off.
2. CLUSTER_LOG: Shows which merged reads were assigned to each OTU clusters during the closed reference clustering and denovo clustering.
3. OTU_TABLE: The OTU table.
