1. CLEAN_READS: Merged reads with primers trimmed off.
2. CLUSTER_LOG: Shows which reads were merged to which reads from Greengenes
database.
3. OTU_TABLE: Contains table which shows how many OTUs from a sample is
assigned to a particular bacterial taxonomy.
4. GREENGENES: Greengenes database.
