# This directory contains files used for the downstream analyses.

Existing files:

# NCLDV PolBs
PolB_NCLDV_table.txt: Raw abundance profile of NCLDV PolBs.
PolB_env_stdz_major_df.txt: Standardized abundance profile of NCLDV PolBs. First 16 columns represent sample IDs, locations and
environmental variables. NCLDV frequency profiles are started from 17th column. For all samples, total frequencies of PolBs
were normalized to 100.
PolB_NCLDV_family_category.txt: Family level classification of NCLDV PolB genes.

# 18S rRNA gene
18S_merged_file_0.8-2000.csv: Abundance profile of 18S rRNA gene OTUs of eukaryotes from 0.8-2000 µm.
18S_taxonomy.tsv: Taxonomic annotation of all OTUs.
