Search&Color Pathway is an advanced version of the KEGG mapping tool, where given objects (genes, proteins, compounds, glycans, reactions, drugs, etc.) are searched against KEGG pathway maps, Brite hirarches and KEGG modules, and found objects are marked in any background and foreground colors (bgcolor and fgcolor). Input data are KEGG identifiers and aliases specified in the first column together with color specification (bgcolor, fgcolor) in the second column.

One specific feature of this tool is that the NCBI and UniProt identifiers may be used for organism-specific pathways, becuase the Convert ID functionality is incorporated.
