MWsearch tool
This is a special purpose search tool for analyzing mass spectrometry data. Query data may be a set of molecular masses (see
br08084 for the definition of exact mass) or derived molecular formulas, or a set of C numbers assigned.
Usage
Query data format
Enter one of the three types of datasets: formulas, numerical values of exact masses and C number identifiers. For the first two types of datasets, this tool first searches the
COMPOUND database to identify matching C numbers.
Each item in the dataset may be separated by whitespace characters (space, tab, newline)
